Washroom and toilet: A very spacious bathroom with hot and cold water on tap and an electric flushable cassette toilet.

Kitchen: A well equipped, very clean kitchen with a fridge freezer, 3 burner hob and sink which can be covered over to create more worktop space. The hot water is supplied by the trauma gas boiler which also provides blown cabin heating which is very efficient and economical.

Windows: Includes Panoramic windows have fly screens and shades fitted to add to the comfort, all of the fixed windows have shades.
