The motorhome is situated on the Costa Blanca in Spain about 45mins drive north of Benidorm. The vehicle is taxed (ITV – equivalent of MOT& road tax) and I have an insurance quote from British company in Spain who will be happy to insure it for under £500 per annum. This motorhome is in excellent condition throughout and although it was first registered in 2000 it has hardly been used. Mileage is only equivalent to 33,000 miles (53,000 kms). The cooker itself has obviously never been used so is pristine. There are a few marks on the outside which is only to be expected and a scrape on the right-hand back top corner. Inside the main seating area makes into a king-size bed and the dining area into a double bed. There is also a pull out bed suitable for a child over the driver’s cab. Toilet with wash hand basin, Thetford toilet, shower and cupboards/cabinets. There is a TV/DVD player installed also above the driver’s cab with remote control. Sky TV dish and box (brand new and never been used). Top box for storage, bike rack at rear. This really is a lovely motorhome and a great bargain. 29,000 Miles Only (Provable) Brand new MOT Taxed Part converted 18 Inch Rims Black side glass Carpeted, Insulated (200mm) Wax Oiled Lowered by 50mm all round 1900 Turbo diesel Engine (Very Economical) 105 PS I am only selling my cracking T5 due to me downsizing on my toys. I also have a Golf GTI (2001) and GSXR 1000 (2001) for sale, please see my other listings for details. This van has only covered 29k and drives and feels like new. I have not really used it to its potential and have not fully converted her into a camper yet, but I have started. I have insulated (Properly with 200mm insulation), lined and carpeted her. I have fitted a double unit which houses the hob. The bed in the back has seatbelts fitted but the best part is its electric. I took the bed from an American day van, motor and frame, recovered it which cost me a whack, and then fitted it, an amazingly comfy sleep. The sink unit is a slim line IKEA base unit which does the job perfectly. I have fitted a bar to connect up an awning on the side of the roof, (The awning is not included in the sale but can be purchased separately) but is universal as I have seen this on other vans, however it can be easily removed. The cab benefits from 2 bucket seats, I love them but included in the sale are 2 standard ones. The stereo is a rip speed 7inch flat screen, good system. I have also recently fitted an electric tow bar and of course it has an electric hook up. The van really needs to be seen to be appreciated, test drives are no problem as long as you can prove insurance. The van is based in Plymouth, Devon and is being used daily at the moment, she will be valeted before the winning buyer collects.
